Screen Separator
Description
The BJNH screen separator is a standard and universal grading equipment. The moving path of your screen box is almost to a straight line. Thus, the origin of its vibration comes from its motor, together with the drawbar system and springs, so that the material on the screen will be thrown up and forward by linear motion, generating a classification of the product according to the chosen screen.
Its self-cleaning feature consists of several polymer balls at the bottom of the screen box, which when vibrating collide with each other and with the sieve, unclogging the holes and allowing maximum efficiency.
